Personal Training – One-on-One Coaching

At Prime Boxing USA™, our personal training is designed around your goals, your pace, and your progress. Whether you’re training to fight, building strength, or learning self-defense, we’ll create a plan that works for you.


Training options include:

  • Boxing Training (Compete or Non-Compete)  – Learn the art of boxing with or without the goal of stepping into the ring.
  • Weight Training – Build strength, endurance, and power through customized workouts.
  • Anti-Bullying Training – Equip kids with confidence, discipline, and techniques to stand strong.
  • Self-Defense(Women, Children & Men) – Practical skills to stay safe and confident in real-life situations.
  • All Ages Welcome – Programs designed for every level, from youth to adults.
  • Coach Match  – We pair you with the coach who best fits your goals and personality.

With personalized attention and expert coaching, you’ll gain confidence, sharpen your skills, and push past limits—every step of the way.
